WHO ARE WE
Our business started when Khun Achara Yurawan retired from "SAINT GERMAIN", the well-known Japanese style bakery, with experiences more than 40 years. Khun Achara has a hand-on experienced and was excellently trained with skilled artisans. Khun Achara had leaned traditional and unique techniques and also acquired a knowledge for developing traditional Japanese bakery to meet Thailand market. Over the years, Crème de la crème has made ourselves with its high-quality bread and pastries supplying products all over Thailand Market. Moreover, we constantly update, develop and enhance our expertise.
